The cambium, a thin layer of tissue-generating cells just two millimeters thick, develops inwardly and outwardly in the trunk, branches and roots. The true heart of a tree, it is responsible for growth rings, and much more. The soul of the plant world has an invisible life that is beyond us, like the sap rising in spring and the change of seasons.

Like the cambium, creativity is the life force that dwells in each of us and reaches beyond the bounds of time. We can discover the art within us through “Om̐” meditation, which helps us disconnect from the rational mind and penetrate the creative intuitive mind. Hence the spelling CambiOm̐, which is the studio’s name.
